By creating an account and using ScriptForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ScriptForge is an AI-powered script generation tool for video creators. We provide scripts for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts, Podcasts, and LinkedIn. Scripts are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided as-is.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts may result in termination.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ScriptForge to generate content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Spam or designed to deceive
  • In violation of any third-party intellectual property rights

You are solely responsible for the content you publish using scripts generated by ScriptForge.

5. Subscription and Payments

Free accounts are limited to 5 script generations per month. Pro accounts ($12/month) include unlimited generations. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

Scripts generated through ScriptForge are provided for your personal and commercial use. You retain full ownership of any content you create using our service. We do not claim ownership of your generated scripts.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ScriptForge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated scripts will be accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always review generated content before publishing.

8. Limitation of Liability

ScriptForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from scripts generated by the AI.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
